My sedum rubrotrinctum lower leaves have been falling off at a very alarming rate. It will start off with the tip turning yellowish then skewing and turning soft then the whole leave will just fall. I haven't watered it for a week, so it's definitely not overwatering. Could it be under watering? The top leaves are fine but not really growing as fast as the leaves dropping. What is the problem?

All of them got a bit bigger. I'm waiting for the Sedum to cover a bit more ground before I'll sell this collection.
